Waldorf Drama Camp

Our Drama Camp at Bodger Farm, for ages 6-9 yrs, was July 9- 20, 2007, a treasure trove of imaginative fun, telling, hearing, and acting out stories. Included arts and crafts in creating props and costumes, music and theatre games, building minds, bodies, and voices. Both camps included swimming in our splash pool, puppet shows, and nature hikes on and around the farm.

This program is designed to give your child a taste of what a day is like at a Waldorf school, with our engaging, experienced teachers. Instead of the hour and a half Main Lesson in the morning, we will do a special program focusing on Drama. Our days have a clear rhythm, and alternate between active and quiet activities. Every day includes movement, verses, song, active games, and a pass through our obstacle course.
